3. Research Use Only & Compliance Acknowledgment
Products sold by AxonPeptide.com are labeled “For Research Use Only (RUO)” and are not intended for human or animal consumption.
You agree that you will only use Products in accordance with applicable laws and for legitimate laboratory research, analytical, educational, or scientific purposes.
You agree NOT to:

4. Order Acceptance & Terms of Sale
All orders are subject to review and acceptance by AxonPeptide.com. We may refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Product or pricing errors;
- Suspicion of fraudulent activity;
- Failure to meet eligibility requirements;
- Unavailability of Product.
Acceptance of your order occurs when we send an order confirmation email. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
5. Pricing & Payment Terms
Product prices are listed on the Site and are subject to change without notice.
Prices do NOT include applicable taxes or shipping charges, which will be shown at checkout.
Payment must be made in full at the time of order placement. We accept major payment methods supported by acceptable Payments (credit/debit cards, etc.).
AxonPeptide.com does not store complete payment card information. Payments are processed through third-party providers, and you agree to their terms where applicable.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping terms are governed by the AxonPeptide Shipping Policy, incorporated here by reference.
You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. Orders cannot be changed or redirected after fulfillment processing begins.
7. Return & Refund Policy
Due to the sensitive and specialized nature of Products, all sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted.
Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be submitted within the timeframe specified in the Shipping & Return Policy.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and software, is the property of AxonPeptide or its licensors and depicted for illustrative purposes. Actual product may have a different appearance in some cases. Your use of the Site does not grant you any rights to this content beyond what is necessary to use the Site and purchase Products.
