We are committed to providing high-quality, independently verified research compounds and to transparency in all aspects of your experience, including returns and refunds.

Please read this Return & Refund Policy carefully. By placing an order on axonpeptide.com, you agree to the terms outlined here.

1. General Policy

Due to the specialized nature of peptide compounds, all sales of AxonPeptide.com products are final.

AxonPeptide does not accept returns or exchanges of products once the order has been fulfilled.

This policy applies regardless of reason, including:

  • Change of mind
  • Research decision changes
  • Unused product
  • Partial usage

2. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

We stand behind the quality of every product we provide.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will work with you to make it right.

To request evaluation and resolution for damaged or incorrect products:

1. Email support@axonpeptide.com

2. Include: 

  • Order number
  • Photos of the product/packaging showing the issue
  • Description of the problem

All claims for damaged or incorrect items must be submitted within 3 business days of delivery.

If approved, we may offer one of the following remedies:

  • Replacement of the damaged or incorrect item
  • In certain circumstances, store credit
  • Exception handling on a case-by-case basis

3. Lost or Misdelivered Shipments

Once an order is shipped, responsibility for delivery transitions to the carrier. If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it:

  • Check around your delivery area
  • Confirm tracking details
  • Contact the carrier if possible

If the carrier confirms loss or misdelivery, please notify support within 5 business days of the delivery date.

We will review your case and assist as we are able. Not all lost shipments qualify for replacement or credit.

4. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before fulfillment processing begins.

Once an order has begun processing, it cannot be canceled and is subject to the final-sale return policy.

Cancellation requests must be sent to orders@axonpeptide.com as soon as possible.

5. Refunds

Refunds are only issued in cases where AxonPeptide.com determines an error on our part, for example:

  • Incorrect item shipped
  • Duplicated charges
  • Approved damage claims

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Refunds do not apply to shipping charges or handling fees unless otherwise required by law.

6. Exchanges

Exchanges are not available.

Due to the unique and sensitive nature of research compounds, products cannot be exchanged for other items once shipped.
